The YUEDU YD-DZ2000 is a heavy-duty swing-arm single-shaft shredder designed for difficult, bulky and solid materials.

It combines an independent hydraulic swing-arm feeding system with a dual-motor and dual-gearbox drive arrangement. This configuration delivers high torque at low rotor speed and supports the continuous processing of bulky, irregularly shaped or wrapping-prone industrial materials.

The machine described in this datasheet is specifically configured for SBS/APP bituminous membranes reinforced with polyester or fibreglass. Applicable feed forms include complete rolls, sheets, long offcuts and pre-shredded pieces.

Depending on the final project configuration, the YD-DZ2000 can also process plastics, rubber, fibres, paper, wood, electrical components, cables, sprues, PET bottles, cardboard, circuit boards and plastic drums.
