The YUEDU YD-DZ2000 is a heavy-duty swing-arm single-shaft shredder developed for bituminous membranes and similar long, flexible and fibrous materials.

The machine incorporates two 90kW main motors, a 480mm-diameter heavy-duty rotor, a hydraulic swing-arm feeding system and a dedicated anti-wrapping rotor configuration. It is designed for a target continuous operating capacity of at least 5,000kg/h.

The standard screen aperture is 60mm, with reference output dimensions of approximately 30×100mm or 50×50mm.

The solution addresses material wrapping, heat build-up and abnormal downtime at the rotor, feeding and PLC-control levels. It is suitable for bituminous membrane manufacturers, building-material recycling companies and industrial-waste processing projects.
